Michael co-founded QLZH Holding with a clear ambition: to build a modern, people-led property group capable of setting the standard for Malta's real estate sector.

The group brings together QuickLets, Malta's leading letting specialist, and Zanzi Homes, a trusted sales and commercial property network, alongside complementary property development and technology interests.

What began as an entrepreneurial real estate venture has grown into an institution with more than 35 offices and over 700 property professionals, supported by structured governance, shared technology and a strong training culture.

As co-founder and director, Michael contributes financial discipline, strategic oversight and long-term thinking to the group's continued evolution as a listed Maltese enterprise.
